Create a public plugin named confetti under your public publisher. Use Publish registry sample 1.0.0. The sample is a registry and contract fixture. It is not a working Engine plugin, and the registry does not execute it. Publishing uses the development grant for verified accounts. That grant is not a paid subscription.
